Ordering

All pricing excludes VAT, which will added to UK orders.
For non-UK orders, customers are responsible for local VAT/Tax requirements.

Hardware Shipping

All hardware shipping is via drop-ship direct from the manufacturer.
Delivery is nominally 2 to 3 weeks from order, unless otherwise stated for a specific piece of hardware, but can be shorter/longer.

Please check with Light Illusion before ordering if timing is critical.

Hardware Shipping Restrictions

Light Illusion is unable to ship to specific countries/locations, as listed in the relevant hardware Shipping information.

All Warranties for hardware supplied by Light Illusion are pass-through warranties from the relevant manufacturer.

Any warranty discussion can be managed through Light Illusion, or directly with the relevant manufacturer, without impact on any warranty status.
